This year, our October tradition, the Polish Heritage Month Celebration at Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU), is on Friday, October 20, 2006, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. Congratulations to this year's awardees: Josephine Nocula, Ed Dykla, Czeslawa Kolak, Kasia Bober and the Future Teachers Essay Competition winners. The deadline for submitting essays is October 10, 2006.
*All meetings take place at 7:00 p.m. at the White Eagle Banquets located at 6839 N. Milwaukee Avenue in Niles, Illinois on the third Friday of the month unless otherwise notified.
